100% Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha harvested in Uji, Japan. Only harvested once a year during the earliest part of spring, Soso Matcha is produced by a small farm in Uji, Japan. With well-balanced, sweet and full flavor, Soso Matcha’s cultivation requires that each stone-ground leaf receive the absolute highest level of attention.
Due to the special farming techniques, the tea leaves focus their energy at the top of the tea plant to produce wider, greener tea leaves.
This enhances the nutrition and nootropic properties, crafted to deliver more health benefits than any other organic matcha:

All Soso Matcha packaging is delivered in a sealed tin can with an airtight bag containing the matcha inside. This is ensures optimal freshness of the matcha.

Preparation
Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 75 mL (2.5 oz) of hot water at 80º C (175º F). Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favorite dairy, dairy alternative or water.

We currently do not accept refunds however if there is an issue with your order such as damage to packaging or contents inside of the package, we will gladly send you a new product to replace yours.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions
All matcha should be refrigerated after opening with the lid sealed on top. This ensures the matcha powder stays fresh and will not oxidize.
Tea tools excluding the bowl must be hand washed. The matcha bowl is dishwasher safe.
